Sean Evans

Criminal Trial Attorney

Biography

Sean Evans is a dynamic criminal trial lawyer, effortlessly blending charismatic presentation, relentless preparation, and unflinching representation. He is known for his strong investigative mind, ability to connect with jurors, and intensely compelling closing statements. This raw authenticity gives his advocacy a tone of both moral and legal authority.

Sean’s legal journey began in 2017 when he graduated from South Texas College of Law-Houston. After completing law-school in only 2 years, Sean went straight into the practice of criminal defense in Harris and surrounding counties. From 2017-2021, Sean completed an array of training and education specific to DWI related offenses, which sets him apart from other attorneys. He is an ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer Scientist, a NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor, and a TEEX certified Advanced Collision Reconstructionist.

From 2021 to 2025, Sean operated his own firm as a solo practitioner, handling all aspects of his clients’ cases from generation to disposition. He gained valuable experience during this time working appointed cases for indigent clients in Montgomery County, while independently honing his skills as a trial lawyer to develop his own unique style of advocacy.

Prior to law school, Sean was a part-time personal trainer at Gold’s Gym, while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas in Austin. There, he developed an intense passion for weight training and bodybuilding which he continues to pursue and practice. This passion for training cultivates the discipline, mental toughness, and intensity that is required of a criminal trial lawyer.

Sean is a generational Texan who grew up in Mont Belvieu, TX. There he attended K-12 at Barbers Hill ISD before pursuing his degree in Government at UT. He now resides in Spring, TX with his wife and 2 children. In his free time, Sean enjoys listening to house music, getting tacos, and traveling.
